Apartments converted into original boutiques, cafés and restaurants

In a city undergoing metamorphosis, a survival of the past, an old building that resists, stuck between two glass towers. Entrance through some kind of garage that doesn't look like much. Elevator's paying, the stairs are chipped. An old, avant-garde building: the apartments have been converted into shops, each one more original than the last, cafés and restaurants. They offer a superb view of the city and a kind of striking shortcut to the situation of contemporary Vietnam torn between modernity and tradition.
