Fresh Catch is a restaurant of seafood cooked in the Mediterranean way. The villa in which the restaurant is located was built by the same architect as the Reunification Palace (Ngo Viet Thu). Family atmosphere and quality products directly imported from France or Europe. On the menu, paella, cuttlefish ink risotto, sea cicada ravioli, bouillabaisse, seafood platters or even fish couscous. The shellfish and fish are delivered directly by small Vietnamese fishermen.
