Churrería La Mañueta was founded on December 13, 1872, by Juan Fernández Calero, the grandfather of Paulina Fernández (currently in charge of the store), who keeps the activity going: the artisanal production of churros, cooked on beech wood from Navarre. This place has been for decades, and continues to be a prominent meeting point.
