The most famousasador of the city, where they have been grilling superb beef ribs since 1963, to be enjoyed with a good bottle of cider! A little far from the historical center, the restaurant occupies a modern room: the walls are entirely covered with light wood, wood in which were carved the broad tables occupying the vast room of service. The atmosphere is very friendly, with the asador welcoming both regulars and meat lovers passing through the city. An essential stop for carnivores!

Good value for money in this excellent restaurant that relies on seasonal products to elaborate creative dishes and delicious meats "a la brasa". A few specialties of the house, just to whet your appetite: millefeuilles of foie gras, apple and goat cheese; grilled octopus and potatoes confit with paprika; cod with sautéed asparagus... French toast with vanilla sauce or brownie with white chocolate fondant for dessert... The decor, sober and modern, offers a very pleasant setting in the heart of Pamplona's historic center. Superb address!

The industrial atmosphere does not detract from the warmth of the place, the restaurant serves a fusion cuisine between Navarrese gastronomy and Latin influences. The place is also known for its cellar and for its very successful cocktails.

For many years, the Josetxo restaurant has been a reference point in Pamplona. After closing in 2012, it reopened in 2015 under the name Errejota. Today the grandchildren of the founders run this restaurant of traditional cuisine. There are three menus to choose from: the "Erre" and "Jota" menus, which include a starter, main course and dessert, and the tasting menu, which is a very good and tasty way to get to know the culinary heritage of Pamplona and Navarre in general.

The lunch menu offers a correct option to satisfy stomachs, with simple and effective dishes such as asparagus in two sauces, beef stew, peppers stuffed with cod and rice pudding.
