The Pineta Valley is one of the great valleys that make up the Ordesa National Park and one of the most majestic of the Pyrenees. The Cinca River is born here and many of the surrounding peaks exceed 2,000 meters. 10 km north of Bielsa in the vicinity of the Parador del Monte Perdido, it also houses a small ski resort flanked by an impressive rocky cirque approaching 3,000 m. Specialized in cross-country skiing, it has 25 km of skiable trails, via four circuits ranging from the shortest, the Fresquera, 1 km for beginners, to the Ronatiza, the longest and most technical, which reaches 11 km.
