LA FAVORITA

A cosy tavern on Calle de Avellanos, a lively street in the historic centre of Burgos. In a rustic decor of stone and brick walls and hanging hams, you are served - with a smile to some extent - excellent pinchos such as bolets a la plancha, white asparagus or pumpkin cream and small ham sandwiches. In the restaurant, the house is also famous for its "a la brasa" grilled meats and its wide range of Iberian sausages and cheeses. Not to mention its fine wine list!
