The canoeing lake at the foot of Vajdahunyad Castle is transformed in winter into a gigantic open-air skating rink.
In the Bois-de-la-Ville, this open-air skating rink - Europe's largest and, above all, most romantic - was opened in the mid-19th century. It hasn't lost an ounce of popularity, and has even been meticulously restored and equipped with a ginguette-restaurant-bar as well as a tourist office. In summer, it fills up with terraces and boats (for hire) are available on the lake. Skates can also be borrowed in season.

Magnifique patinoire
Très grande patinoire au pied du château. Il y a beaucoup de monde et les tarifs ne sont pas donnés mais le cadre est très sympa. L'office du tourisme attenante est très pratique.

Très grande patinoire qui a pour fond le château de Pest ! Très jolie. Je recommande comme activité hivernal
