Fresh, fast and cheap hummus, falafel, shashukha sandwiches and dishes for this Middle Eastern restaurant franchise

A big hit for this Middle Eastern restaurant, one of the best "franchises" in the whole city with about ten addresses in town. The delicious recipe is simple: freshly cooked falafels, homemade hummus, pita bread - just out of the oven, salads, chachukha (a kind of ratatouille with egg), shawarma (grilled meat like a kebab, in most of the restaurants), labane (zaatar condiment with yoghurt), etc., all at very reasonable prices. On the spot - colorful and pleasant design - or to go.

We went there and asked for 2 combos which is around 2890 each, including vegan hummus, salad and a drink, the staff suggested us that we can chose different salad, and different hummus as well. We can change vegan hummus to meat one. We did. And when the bill was printed out, they charged us salad and hummus separately which was nearly 9460ft in total, 2 hummus and 2 salad. I knew that meat hummus might be more expensive, but not that much. When I asked, she said only the drink is free (which is 100ft). (why didn’t she tell us before, that they would charge separately?)
Then when we asked for takeaway box, she said it was 100ft, then said “actually it is 200ft” ????
I will not go there again
