Traditional quality cuisine and barbecue in a chic restaurant with terrace and beautiful view of the Imperial Palace.

Founded in 1871, this elegant restaurant along the Danube offers a breathtaking view of the imperial palace from its large sunny terrace. This family-run establishment has nothing to do with the surrounding hotels and the bill is more expensive than elsewhere, due to its location. Here they serve traditional cuisine such as the famous chicken paprika, goulash and freshwater fish. The service is friendly and a gypsy music band accompanies the dinner. Also serves barbecues (meat, fish), breakfasts and homemade ice cream.

Prix corrects pour le cadre qui est très joli, service de qualité, mais sur une table de 10 personnes, une bonne moitié n'a pas trouvé les plats à la hauteur. Peu de choix dans les plats principaux et seulement 2 desserts au menu. Et à 22h, on nous a gentiment demandé de partir car les cuisines fermaient.

une vue imprenable sur Buda et son château. Le filet de bœuf est royal, accompagné d'un orchestre tsigane qui à mon avis manque d'originalité car beaucoup de morceaux joués sont internationaux. Cela reste malgré un réel moment de plaisir très romantique.

Restaurant très bien situé au bord du Danube, avec une vue imprenable sur la Colline du Château.
Le service est efficace et agréable et la cuisine typique et succulente.
Je recommande la soupe goulash pour débuter le repas et de choisir un de leur bon vin hongrois pour accompagner le repas.

there is just a flat as in all the Hungarian restaurant it is not mentioned that the service is not included and should be added 10%, but this is valid for all catering
