Inspira has been refuelling for almost four years now in a particularly friendly and pleasant setting. Woody, colourful and decorated to the taste of the day, the place first of all has the merit of attracting the eye... and when it lands on one of the dishes, then impossible not to stop there! Bold and innovative, the proposed cuisine revisits simple dishes for a very surprising result. Driven by a technique that he owes to his family specialized in agriculture, cook Andres plays with his creativity with small touches inspired by various culinary influences. The menu (different for lunch and dinner), therefore offers a fusion cuisine using local and organic ingredients. You can find a tarragon chicken in mushroom sauce, a beef with manioc croquettes served with tarragon cherry tomatoes, shrimp and garlic tagliatelle, spinach, feta and cashew nut ravioli, or a good burger with homemade bread, fresh cucumber, cheddar and guacamole. Simple, creative and effective! In the gym, we find a young team that is particularly dynamic and passionate. A beautiful address to discover.

Open from noon to 9pm in low season and until 10pm in high season. Closed from 15 October to 1 November. Lunch menu from noon to 5:30 pm, dinner menu from 5:30 pm. Count about 20 US$ per person.
