Gaëtan Bouyer, from Clermont-Ferrand's Salvation Jane pub, and Guillaume Aucouturier have opened their brew pub in the place of a famous restaurant. The vaulted hall houses the bar and restaurant area, where you can enjoy their different beers. Upstairs, their microbrewery, where recipes and beers come to life. The choice is wide: a dozen draught beers should be on offer. You're bound to like one of them! A menu of flammekueche, hot dogs, burgers and truffles, of course, accompanies the beers.
