Cooking with fresh produce in a restaurant in Saint-Nectaire.

Here, it is a real country inn where one likes well stocked plates and fresh products. A short menu is proposed to you with a choice of truffade, fondue de saint-nectaire or duck confit. As an appetizer, the homemade foie gras terrine is the pride of the mistress of the house who keeps her secret of manufacture for herself. To accompany your hot dishes, sliced Auvergne ham and other pigs will garnish your plates... The desserts are fresh and light. You can also order (4 days in advance) an Auvergne potée for a minimum of four people. Remember to book and to specify your choice to facilitate the quality of the reception and the speed of the service!

Restaurant incontournable ! Plats auvergnats de grande qualité et de grande fraîcheur, service parfait et chaleureux. Surtout, arrêtez vous pour un moment culinaire inoubliable ! Petite préférence pour la fondue au st nectaire.

Fondue de saint nectaire pas mauvaise mais très salée et peut être un peu trop cuite.
Cadre agréable et rustique.
Serveuse très gentille mais parfois un peu trop intrusive....
Difficile a trouver gps indispensable.
Réserver avant de venir.
