MIRADOR DEL VALLE

The address has made a reputation for itself since 1990. As its name suggests, this restaurant offers a breathtaking view of the entire central valley. The large room, entirely glazed, is extended by a very pleasant terrace. Ideal for watching the fireworks that can be played over San José. The Mirador del Valle offers a good cuisine that wants to share the Costa Rican flavors. That day, we tried the ceviche porteño and the fajitas de turno. Ten minutes from downtown, it's a great stop on the way to the Poás volcano.
