One of the places to meet the whole San Jose, which has been meeting there for a long time (you can meet some stars like Ronaldinho in 2017). If at night the long bar and the stage are popular with students, the restaurant in the first room with its campesino decor is also appreciable. Good tica cuisine, but Cuartel's specialty is Monday nights with Marfil, a popular Latin music group. Admission is free for women that night.

Soirée à thème comme pour Halloween. Il faut y aller les lundis soirs pour faire la fête et danser. Orchestre en direct. Plusieurs visites en 2016-2017
