At the start of gourmet Gough Street, Shugetsu attracts ramen lovers. The specialty? Tsukemen: soft noodles to be dipped in a fragrant broth and simmered for hours. Some may find it a little salty, but for others it's a pure delight. We recommend the tsukemen with pork belly and a 200 g portion of noodles for the average eater. The friendly service and noodle-making visible from the street add to the charm. Be prepared to wait sometimes, proof of success!
