A very good address, for refined Cantonese cuisine. The specialty of the site is gill, this roasted pork to be slightly caramel and to stick a bit with the teeth: delicious! The other dishes, from chicken to soy sauce, are all perfectly executed, which explains that Hong Kong stars have made location one of their regular canteens.
