Awarded two stars at the latest Michelin guide, this establishment honours the subtle cuisine of the Canton, birthplace of Chief Cheng Kam Fu. He worked for a long time in the service of one of Hong Kong's largest tycoons before opening his own restaurant. The house specialty is the boneless chicken wing and stuffed with swallow's nest - astonishing and crispy to wish. The rest of the menu fluctuates between traditional family cuisine and modern high-quality gastronomy, all carried out with great refinement.

Le cadre est beau quoique un peu sombre a mon goût. La cuisine est délicieuse. Plat typique de canton: le riz sauté cantonais ! Il y a des légumes sautes "liseron d'eau" du porc aigre doux, des choses plus spéciales: des coquillages gratines. Tout cela est très bon mais très cher pour ce que C'est quand même
We wanted to try the experience of the Cantonese haute cuisine and this restaurant is one of the most famous on Hong Kong at present. The setting is pleasant and rather design, but it is mainly the cuisine happy us: flavours are unique and some truly original including chicken swallow's nest. Several classics are also represented, and you could have a full overview of local cuisine, dessert included. The price is quite expensive, but not prohibitory either. And it is really excellent!
