un restaurant vraiment impérial. Il faut compter au moins 6 mois en avance pour réserver une table. Les plats sont soigneusement préparé à la ancienne. Le chef est un descendant de l'ancien cuisinier de l’impératrice Cixi. Donc tous les plats sont présenté comme à l'époque de dynastie Qing. Par contre, nous n'avons pas eu le choix pour le menu. C'est le chef qui décide ce qu'il va faire d'un saison à l'autre. On a eu 8 plats froids et 8 plats chauds pour 6 personnes.
