Without doubt the best tangbao from the whole city. So prevent: The place is small and decorated in a canteen way, often you have to wait (very) long before you can sit down and as soon as all the dumplings are eaten, the restaurant closes. Despite all this, at the end of the meal, the opinion is unanimous: what a treat!

Un tout petit restaurant qui vent des brioches farcies. J'ai vu beaucoup de chinois fréquentent ce restaurant. On peut trouver plusieurs variétés de farce ( porc, bœuf, crevette et crabe ). Par la curiosité, j'ai commandé celle de porc et crabe. Une vraiment délice, servie bien chaude dans un récipient en bambou, saucé avec vinaigre de riz. Faite juste attention de ne pas brûler la langue comme moi. :)
