It is the oldest vegetarian restaurant in the city and opened in 1910. It is a little away from the animation around the Yu garden, which is not unpleasant. We eat lots of tofu tofu, soups and noodles. The house's specialities are the xiehuangyou xiehuangyou, a crabe of carrots and fungi, or the suya suya, a simulated duck based duck of orange.

un restaurant qui se trouve dans le fameux "Yu Garden" de Shanghai. Mon ami chinois m'a conseillé de déguster leur gâteau de riz fait à la main. Une vrais tuerie ! Bien moelleux et gourmand. Il y a des pépins de courge dessus et des farces à la base de haricot rouge à l'intérieur.

Le restaurant a installé un petit atelier à l'entrée pour qu'on puisse assister à la fabrication du gâteau de A à Z.
