Located in the old town, on the 2nd floor of the hotel, this is a historic address in Shanghai, serving local specialities since 1875. Taste the duck with eight treasures (flux rice flux and cooked with eight ingredients) and to the san if (tofu, pork and bamboo salad). Recommended reservation, the restaurant is the victim of its success.

Ce restaurant est un de mes préférés à Shanghai. Le canard farcie est une spécialité chez eux. On trouve du riz gluant, des gésiers de canard, noix de cajou, crevettes et plein d'autre ingrédients que je connais pas le nom dans le ventre du canard caramélisé.

Du coté de décoration, ils ont gardé un style ancien, avec des fenêtre et chaises en bois sculptés.

Je pense que pour les gens qui aime le canard, ça veut le coup d'essayer ce restaurant.
