Les serveurs découpent le canard laqué devant vous et vous expliquent comment le déguster. Servis avec de petites crêpes, des morceaux de concombres, des lamelles de pousses de bambous et une sauce un peu sucrée. La viandre est tendre, juteuse et excellente. Les autres plats sont copieux. Ambiance bruyante mais cadre agréable.
