Kangaroo Island airport is served by Qantas. You'll find a small café there. Cabs and shuttles are available to take you to the city center or vice versa. Kangaroo Island Transfer provides a shuttle service from the airport. Reservations are required. Rental cars are also available on site: Hertz and Budget are among the car rental companies present (but remember to book in advance for the best rates and options).
