As far as the eye can see, a superb field of termite mounds, some of which are more than 2 m high. The perfect north-south orientation of these mounds in the shape of huge tombstones gives the place a religious aspect. Take the time to read the explanatory panels to better understand these atypical formations. In addition to these magnetic termites, you will see in the park termite mounds of cathedral type of 5 m high! 15 minutes are enough for this nice stop. Tour buses stop here in the morning on their way to Litchfield National Park.
