JASSERIE DU COQ NOIR
Restaurant where one discovers the local soil by tasting products of the area resulting from local producers.
This former summer farm, once run by women, played an essential role in the breeding and milk production of the famous Ambert and Montbrison cheeses. The association Sur les traces du coq noir (In the footsteps of the black rooster) looks after the place and keeps its history alive. Beneath its large thatched roof lies a small museum dedicated to life on the mountain pastures. Visitors can sample local products and learn more about the region. The site is also the starting point for a number of events designed to help visitors discover and preserve the heritage of the Forézien region.

Je recommande vivement ! Pour ce qui est du repas : charcuterie locale, Patia réconfortant et dessert à la myrtille aérien, tout cela pour 18€, nous ne pouvions rêver mieux.
Une équipe souriante, et engagée, qui a à cœur de transmettre les valeurs de la jasserie. Nous sommes vraiment sous le charme !
Ps : réservez quelques semaines à l’avance, ils sont quasiment toujours complets ????
