This more than one hundred year old house is today managed by Philippe Juilhard, who represents the fourth generation of chocolate makers. More than an institution, it is the entire history of chocolate that we discover. If the methods have evolved, the family know-how is still the basis of everything. One rushes there early in the morning to leave with chocolate sweets, fruit jellies and other pastries made on the spot. The specialty of the house is the Pierre des Volcans. You will find another store in Champeix, one in Mont-Dore and one in Orcival.
