Aymeric Barbary's creative cuisine on the terrace with a breathtaking view of Clermont.
During the summer months, the terrace on the seventh and top floor of the Princesse Flore is home to a pleasant panoramic café, which transforms into a lounge bar at the end of the day. This is an opportunity to enjoy the superb view of Royat and Clermont-Ferrand, while tasting some tapas, hot or cold, accompanied by a cocktail, a glass of wine or a glass of champagne. The menu is totally revisited each season by the chef Clement Lorente, in order to follow the latest trends. The 7th Flore can be privatized for an event.

Restaurant superbe! Toujours aussi bien accueilli quand on vient dîner chez vous, personnel au top et au petit soin! Vous avez rien à envier aux autres, c’est toujours un plaisir partagé de venir ici découvrir de nouvelles façons de déguster des chefs d’œuvre réaliser par vos soins ! N*1 des restaurants gastronomiques à mon goût sur la région !!! Bravo
