Located at 700 meters above sea level, it is in fact the village of Los Canarios, commonly known as Fuencaliente, named after an ancient sulphurous hot spring with healing properties. It is divided into three parts, Las Indias in the west, Los Quemados in the south and Las Caletas in the east. In itself, there is nothing extraordinary about this village, but people come here mainly because of its central position between two volcanoes that extend the ridge of the ridge to the south: El Bulcano and San Antonio. Like those of Mazo, the vines of Fuencaliente are among the most important on the island and produce red, rosé, an excellent dry white, muscat, and above all the famous malvoisie.
