With nearly half a kilometre wide, it is the largest beach on the island and its second largest tourist attraction, but on a human scale. It is located a few kilometres from the airport and people come here for its small port where bars, restaurants and shops face the ocean. Its crystalline waters and the many caves that surround it make it ideal for scuba diving, but also for snorkeling and kayaking. For a good idea, it is advisable to approach the beach at least once by sea, taking one of the ferries that link this beach to the port of San Sebastián de la Gomera on a daily basis. In order to appreciate the indented coastline.
