In a nice traditional wooden building, it is a small tavern which delights its customers of regulars and hikers. With typical Canarian dishes that fit the body well. It will be the occasion to try the escaldón de gofio, one of the pillars of the Canarian cuisine. Gofio accompanied by a vegetable, meat or fish broth, with papas, cheese cubes and green and red mojos. For smaller appetites, almogrote (gomero cheese), good soups or well presented fresh salads.
