This Templete is one of the best restaurants in El Medano. Situated a little away from the beach, it is quite quiet, even though it is located in a shopping centre. Moreover, its terrace is very appreciable and appreciated. On the tasting side, it is the Mecca of fresh fish that you can visualize before tasting and that you will appreciate for example by ordering a black cherry served a la plancha and accompanied by your dads. Canarian atmosphere also on the meat side with cochino negro or cabrito embarrado, a typical dish of Gomera.
