KHAMORO

Since 1999, the cultural festival Khamoro ("sun" in Romani language) presents numerous concerts, animations and festivities in the Czech capital with Roma artists coming from all over Europe, but also Gadjé who perform gipsy music, as well as gypsy jazz. A rhythmic and colorful festival that takes place in many rooms of the city (Rock Café, Karlin barracks, Jubilee synagogue ...) and the banks of the Vltava. Film screenings, exhibitions and craft markets also take place on the sidelines of the festival.
