Sansho alone sums up the Prague culinary revolution. It's a UFO on the Prague culinary scene, initiated by the team at Dégustation Bohème Bourgeoise, the city's iconic Michelin-starred restaurant. Everything about the place exudes creativity: the access via a back door, the setting (a large circular table around the open kitchen), but above all it's the concept that's brilliant. Dishes are served without presentation, the team revealing the contents of the plate and the techniques used after each tasting. A high-flying cuisine and an extraordinary experience.
