This restaurant is part of the Staropramen brewery's one-hour tour center. It comprises a large room with beer-colored walls, a bar and simple tables. Typical Czech dishes are served at very reasonable prices. We suggest duck with cabbage or a good halušký, accompanied of course by the beer brewed next door. Why not try some of the "experimental" beer-based cocktails on offer here? Or simply try the beer with a sausage or cheese platter, as the Czechs do. Fast, efficient service.

Bon restaurant dans un quartier peu connu de Prague. Les plats sont pour la plupart locaux et permettent de goûter à la variété de la cuisine tchèque. J'ai pris le 1/4 de canard avec son accompagnement classique, les "dumplings" et choux rouges. Un délice!
