La Dégustation Bohême Bourgeoise specializes in late 19th-century Czech and French cuisine. The place is very welcoming, spacious, and nothing is left to chance. Chef de cuisine Oldřich Sahajdák gives us a real lesson in creativity: there's plenty of innovation and genius in the preparation of dishes and sweets, and the menu evolves with the seasons.
