Fun and entertainment Paleokastritsa

A couple of James Bond fans have lined the café with photos from the 007 films. Released in 1981, Nothing But Your Eyes was partly filmed in Corfu, particularly in the Paleokastritsa area. One scene was even filmed at the very location of the café. Connoisseurs will recognize it, or the owners will remind you. Otherwise, Eleni, the owner, prepares excellent lemon and apple cakes. You can also have mezzedes washed down with ouzo. To top it all off, the welcome here is very friendly.

Here's an establishment in the hills that can be reached by car via a very narrow path (although it's also possible to get there on foot). Terrace with a splendid view of the coast of Afionas and the beach of Aghios Georgios, impeccable service, and a real treat on the plate. You can stop off here after a sporty jaunt to Porto Timoni, one of Corfu's most beautiful beaches. The menu is well-stocked with good, hearty dishes. However, the restaurant is a little pricey, so we recommend just having a coffee or dessert!
