TO MAROULI

From the dishes served 100% vegetarian (and mostly vegan) to its environmental approach (zero plastic), this restaurant will delight all our veggy friends. From breakfast to dinner, Mara, who speaks fluent French, was able to offer travellers what Rhodes was sorely lacking, first of all out of conviction, and out of love for her good little dishes, of which she has the secret. The menu changes and adapts to the seasons but we recommend the Haloumi Salad and freshly prepared pasta. As far as drinks are concerned, the house cocktails and lemonade are worth the detour.
