Kalandos Bay is located at the southern tip of the island, 45 kilometers southeast of Chora via Filoti. It's a small village with fewer than 100 inhabitants. It is best known for its large sandy and pebble beach. Almost untouched by traffic, the site still boasts very little infrastructure. A feeling of perfect isolation prevails here, even during most of the summer, and the low season is a dream, as it's secluded enough to swim in the very clear, clean water. Fishermen love Kalandos. Its rocky coastline offers endless possibilities for beautiful sea walks.
