Read moreSince 1958 and three generations ago, Simos has been the place to come for fresh fish caught every morning in the waters around the island. The à la carte menu includes fresh squid from September to June. The waiters are friendly and give good recommendations. Some meats are local and come from the family farm. Mastelo and chickpea soup are other Sifnos specialties. The good news is that prices here have remained reasonable despite inflation.
