Giannis is not the first potter of his family and it is by visiting his factory that you will go back through the history of his art in Sifnos. The manufacturing process will not escape you when you learn to model ceramics in the authentic Sifnean manufacturing tradition. From the simple plate to the chimney head, the vipseli (a hive) or the tsikali (a typical pot from the island), the workshop reminds us that here in Sifnos, all everyday objects were made of clay. In the shop, notice a superb motorcycle entirely made of ceramic.

Ici à sifnos tout était fabriqué avec de l'argile, de la simple assiette au toit de cheminée. Visiter la fabrique apostolidis c'est une expérience unique, un voyage à travers le temps et à coup sûr une rencontre inoubliable avec le pottier.
