In the southern part of the island, 17 kilometres from the port, built on the site of the ancient Piyessa, this rather quiet village hides a beautiful sandy beach and a few taverns to eat. A lush green valley leads to a wide strip of sand with little traffic. Behind the beach lies a plain with orchards and cypress trees. It is a village with well-informed regulars. This is also where you will find the only campsite on the island. Ideally located, even if it is a little out of the way: on the spot, you will find a cafeteria, sanitary facilities, a breakfast restaurant and a common kitchen.
