Together with his daughter and son-in-law, they'll show you their passion: the artisanal work of obtaining honey, traditional cooking in a copper cauldron, and the old-fashioned production of honey confectionery. After watching a film that plunges you into the heart of a beekeeping operation, you can watch the bees at work behind protective glass, and the honey being extracted. It's a great way to discover a profession and understand the workings of the environment and the importance of nature.

Apres la visite des installations où sont fabriqués pains d'épices et pastilles au miel avec differents aromes, vous pouvez gouter les miels. Là vous serez sur qu'il ne s'agit pas de miel importé de différents pays de la CE. Toute la production est locale : fleurs sauvages de montagne, tilleuls, etc...
Je vous conseille l'exquis miel de framboisier.

il y a beaucoup de choix aussi bien dans les confiseries au miel que dans les produits de beauté à base de miel
par contre, lorsque j'ai posé des questions sur l'utilisation de différents produits, on m'a répondu de lire l'étiquette, l'amabilité de la vendeuse n'était pas au rendez vous
dommage !!
