This new restaurant offers seasonal cuisine prepared by Emmanuel Planche. Enjoy, for example, a ceviche of wolf's cheek or a filet of roast apricot duck. Incidentally, the restaurant's name refers to arkose, a local blond sandstone used to build the village of Montpeyroux and some of the region's most emblematic monuments.
