Among the many Croatian islands, the bay of Komiža, on the west coast of Vis, is the furthest point in the Adriatic. Its isolated position in the sea has always given it a mythical place in the hearts of sailors. Its fame also comes from the replica of a traditional boat, the falkuša, built in 1997. The port of Komiža is also considered one of the most important places for scuba diving and is known for its professional diving clubs. Here you can prepare yourself, repair your equipment and relax with your deep sea friends. This is where you can find a boat to the Blue Cave in Biševo (the fastest way to get there).
