To find taverns(konoba), quality wine bars or more authentic tables, you have to move away from the port. On the heights of the village, this family-run establishment is the perfect answer. Inside, the dining room has a sober but warm decoration. Outside, the tables climb up the alley. Fresh fish and seafood are presented to you raw on a tray. As for meat, lamb on the spit, a specialty of the island, is served sliced with small vegetables. Good list of regional wines. Reservations are recommended.
