Krapanj is a small island in the Šibenik archipelago, which rises 1.50 m above sea level. It is the lowest island in the Croatian Adriatic. The island is full of coves, which are easier to find by boat. For historical and traditional heritage, visit the Franciscan monastery and the Sponge Museum, which represents the island's handicraft activity. On the port of Krapanj, you will find some cafes and pretty houses. You can stay in this authentic setting, as there are regular daily ferries to Šibenik. The crossing is short (the island is only 300 m from the land) and cheap.
