Founded in the th century by the nobles of the city, which made it their private mausoleum, this church is located west of the historic centre. Like the monastery, the church is characterised by Gothic style and neo-Gothic. After the earthquake of 1750, in Baroque times, the whole had already been considerably restored. The interior, rich in antique paintings and sculptures, includes the main works of Michelazzi.
