The formula here is all vegetable and gourmet. On generous plates, the yellow of polenta or whole peppers contrasts with the green of broccoli, guacamole or blitva - the olive-oil crushed potato and chard or other green sprouts - typical of Croatian cuisine. Golden seed cakes with tomatoes, mixed legumes, minestrone, pasta with Istrian truffles, white or black rice and more. So many beautiful chromatic tones and good natural flavors. Good desserts too.
