Petit Futé's opinion on RESTORAN ISTRA
In this family-run restaurant, traditional local recipes have Italian accents. A good address for fisherman's cooking, fresh pasta with lobster and tomato sauce, cuttlefish simmered in buzzara (traditional Dalmatian sauce made with white wine, garlic and parsley), casserole of mussels, squid and other shellfish. Also, on the terroir side, a dish of mixed grilled meats cooked in a pot, accompanied by fried potatoes (a dish to be shared to order). Nice covered terrace.
