A former saucier and rotating chef at Paul Bocuse, Olivier Said, the chef at Le Carrousel, had his cuisine awarded a Michelin star between 2014 and 2018. With its pleasant setting and tasteful decor, the establishment aims to be an oasis of southern French gastronomy, offering a mix of flavors from the maquis and local Auvergne products. The menus are based on seasonal products. The wine list is a nice selection of classics from each wine region. Impeccable service and welcome: a superb address!

Repas excellent, La façade est en travaux et le parking arrière pas entretenu. Ne pas hésiter l’intérieur est cosi.
